Welcome to the Lamar Middle School & Fine Arts Academy Dance Department

The Lamar Dance Department is part of the award-wining Lamar Fine Arts Academy.

The Lamar Dance Department provides opportunities for dance at every level - beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Ballet classes are also offered.

For those dancers interested in the most comprehensive and performance opportunities, the Lamar Dance Company is available, by audition, to 7th and 8th graders.

New Company Members for 2026-27 Mandatory Meeting

We have our mandatory meeting on Tuesday, 5/12 from 5:00-6:00 PM at Lamar Dance Studio.   

Our Spirit Night is happening on the same day from 4-8pm, please stop by and get dinner or ice cream after the mandatory meeting!
