Welcome to the Lamar Middle School & Fine Arts Academy Dance Department
The Lamar Dance Department
is part of the award-wining Lamar Fine Arts Academy.
The Lamar Dance Department provides opportunities for dance at every level - beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Ballet classes are also offered.
For those dancers interested in the most comprehensive and performance opportunities, the Lamar Dance Company is available, by audition, to 7th and 8th graders.

We are looking for 3 key Guild roles for next year(2027-2028):
President
Vice President (or Co-President)
Treasurer
Those of us in these positions will be "graduating" at the end of this school year.
If you or someone you know may be interested in one of these positions, please come to the Guild meetings and let us know! The earlier you can shadow us, the smoother the transition will be for next year.
